Description

Primitive and Farmhouse style Witches Hat for Décor use (not a costume hat).  This hat is hand made.  The fabric is lightly painted with a grey color for the "old" look.  A buffalo check ribbon is tied around the cone with a raffia strand and artificial silk black florals.  Finally a small paper tag is added for embellishment.
The cone is filled with crumpled paper and sealed shut.
Measures: 10" diameter and 11" tall
