VINTAGE PAPER CRAFT CHRISTMAS CARD CROCHETED BOWL/BASKET*CHILDREN//PRAYER*

Description

This is a really lovely nicely done hand crafted item made from Christmas greeting cards.  There are six panels plus the bottom of the basket which have very sweet Christmas scenes.  These panels are crocheted together with red thread with gold flecks in it.  This basket is old...as indicated by the card depictions.  The panels have some yellowing with age.  All panels are in great shape save for one panel which has a tear in the card.  I have deliberately not repaired or altered this panel.  See the last photo of the series.  I found this vintage hand crafted item at an estate sale, and do not know the history..  The basket measures 4" in height and has a diameter of 8".
