Handcrafted at Country Calicos in Pleasant NY- I believe was a store that went out of business. If anyone else knows more about this item please let me know.
Handcrafted- Its hard to tell in the picture, but the painted side is very thick and to the touch, you can feel the intricate painted surface.

A plushy ornament
The white part, eyes and nose are painted on (texture can be felt compared to the soft
cloth plush material.
Wire and pom poms are used as the snowman's earmuffs, plaid cloth for the scarf
and hat
A rope like material is used for the top to hang ornament
